Eataly

During our trip to NYC for Christmas, we became OBSESSED with Eataly. And even though we were only there for a a couple days, we made the commute down to the cafe for multiple meals - it was that good. On our second trip there we did some shopping in the market and decided to bring home a little Italy with us. 

Flash forward a few months later and we decided it was time to whip out our "special" pasta for no other reason then it's Monday... might as well make the best of it.


Finally! An excuse to break out our tomato press.

Garlic and olive oil. I think this must be what heaven smells like.

Add in some tomato...

And voila! A delicious dinner for two.
